Our Story
Our philosophy is simple: love people, respect nature, and keep the product pure. Our factory runs on solar energy, by‑products from olives go back into the soil or become biofuel, and process water is cleaned through a triple purification system before returning to the earth. In this way, nothing is wasted – everything circles back to the land that sustains us.
Jolla Olive Oil is our homecoming story. After twenty years working in the olive sector in Greece, we the Jolla family came back to our homeland Belsh, where our love for olives first began. In 2021, we turned that experience and nostalgia into a family‑run olive oil mill rooted in our own land and community.
We started with 1,600 Koroneiki trees and a simple idea: to make honest olive oil that respects people and nature. Today, we work together with more than 900 local farmers and families, building a value chain based on trust, fair collaboration, and shared pride in Belsh. Over the past decade, this partnership has helped our town grow into a thriving olive‑growing community.
Our mill stands on 6,000 m² of family land, surrounded by hills and lakes. Inside, we combine the warmth of a family business with the precision of modern technology. Our production line from Italy, 55 kW of solar panels, tested well water, and full traceability from tree to tank help us keep every drop under control.
As a family, we are involved in every step. Together, we make decisions that balance tradition with innovation.
We see Jolla as more than a brand; it is our contribution to the future of Belsh. We are working to grow exports, strengthen digital traceability, and welcome visitors who want to see where their oil is born.

Aldo Jolla – Co‑Founder & CEO
Aldo Jolla is a young entrepreneur who combines business thinking with a deep respect for the land. He studied economics and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Circular Economy, bringing this mindset directly into Jolla’s strategy, partnerships, and sustainability practices. As CEO and Co‑Founder, Aldo leads the company’s growth and exports while staying rooted in Belsh, where he lives with his family, close to the farmers and olive groves that started it all..
